The Government of Rio Negro together with the impulse of the Nation and the entire region has accepted as part of the Political Public State to develop the scientific, academic, and productive plan through political compliments in a virtuous way with the sustainable environment, propitiate generations of new energetic vectors based on reusable energies and their application through the scientific and technical growth like Green Hydrogen and all its productive chain.  

Position the Province in the national and international scene on this topic results as an objective mission to transform it to a scientific region and place for national and foreign investors.
