The Secretary of State for Planning, Daniel Sanguinetti, explained technical issues and summarized, in a chronological way, the development of the green hydrogen project in the province. He highlighted the importance of having a national legal framework to regulate the production of this type of energy at the national level, at the National Hydrogen 2030 Meeting held yesterday in San Carlos de Bariloche.
On Thursday, June 2 at 11 a.m. at palacio San Martín, at Arenales 761, the official launching of San Carlos de Bariloche's candidacy to host the International Specialized Expo 2027 will be held.

In this event, the situation and perspectives of this resource, which contributes to the mitigation of the effects of climate change worldwide, will be analyzed.
The Ministry of Labor of Río Negro and Cooperativa de Electricidad Bariloche (CEB, in Spanish) began working on the development of a training agreement to provide new tools and knowledge for the employees of this entity, on topics such as production and development related to Green Hydrogen.
In an unprecedented meeting, the Province, the National Presidency and the Economic and Social Council will develop next Monday, in Bariloche, the National Hydrogen 2030 Meeting, which will bring together representatives of Chambers of Deputies and the Senate, Councils and Business Associations, governments, civil society organizations, scientists, universities, workers´unions and experts of the sector.
During the meeting organized by Planning, with talks at schools in Alto Valle Este, the focus was on sharing information and answering questions from the most curious students.
Governor Arabela Carreras visited today the Centro Formación Profesional de la Cooperativa de Electricidad Bariloche (CEB, in spanish) and met with its president, Carlos Aristegui, to agree on green hydrogen training courses for young people and workers, within the scope of the fuel production project in the province of Río Negro.
The next Global Green Hydrogen Assembly and Exhibition will be in San Carlos de Bariloche, in March 2023. Governor Arabela Carreras announced it from Barcelona.
Arabela Carreras, Governor of Río Negro, analyzed that "the production of green hydrogen in Río Negro is presented as an opportunity for development, transformation of the world and improvement for our communities" in the presence of world leaders and representatives of all the countries that promote the acceleration of energy reconversion.
